Due to the current Royal mail strikes we cannot guarantee when your vouchers will be delivered. We advise you to click collect in store when purchasing your voucher to guarantee you will have your voucher for Christmas. All vouchers purchased for delivery has been posted and Royal mail have advised that delays of a minimum of 14 days and still can’t guarantee actually deliver dates. Where is says it is tracked this only means we are able to see when you have received and signed for your voucher not the current status within the Royal mail. If you would like a refund of your voucher we ask you to wait until you receive your voucher and bring it back into the store and we can process your refund then. If you do continue order for delivery you are ordering at your own risk and we are not liable for the sieve delays or any lost vouchers at this current time due to the situation with the Royal mail We are sorry for the inconvenience however this matter is out of our hands.
